Are there any companies that actually use the NCB you have built up over the years on 2+ more vehicles if your the only listed driver on the policy at all??

Or know a really cheap 3rd party supplier for cheap cars that i use as its just to have them insured more than anything as if it takes a knock/nicked/fired... i wouldnt be claiming as it wouldnt be worth it but obviously need to have third party to be legal...
