2006 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Zermatt Silver
FS: Venture cam & accessory kit

In it's original box which is scruffy but the kit inside is all in excellent condition and working perfectly when checked a week ago.

Based on recent sales, asking £125 delivered - though it will be listed on eBay tonight so you might grab a bargain if it isn't sold beforehand.

Surprisingly this is now running at £155 in the auction ending tonight but for existing forum members I will do free UK P&P if they win!

'Sold' to a new buyer from overseas unable to make payment by PayPal on a well known auction site! So, still available.

Now re-listed on a popular auction site and no bids yet with a very low start so a bargain to be had?

I found this on eBay first before finding it here and I'm now your first bidder! Will I need anything else in addition to what you are selling to get it to work in my 11MY?

I want one to help with reversing up to a trailer tow hitch. Using the reversing cam on my previous Volvo XC90 I could position the tow ball exactly under the tow hitch but the RR cam being mounted so high doesn't even show the bumper! 4.4 TDV8 Vogue Baltic Blue MY11

De yoof of today er? Sorry, I am age disadvantaged.....I think.

To answer your question, I'm sorry I haven't a clue.....or is that a radio 4 quiz....I forget. But no, getting once again back on topic, I'm sure my car has never had an (ad)venture cam(era) fitted to it so I assume from your question Joker that I need to procure something else to make said connection? 4.4 TDV8 Vogue Baltic Blue MY11

On my facelift '06 it was on the passenger side below the glove box on the door pillar, if that helps.

I guess charging won't be an issue as it'll just need connecting to a 12v supply occasionally. The bigger question is how does the car receive and process the camera signal. Does anyone know if the head unit in the dash come capable as standard to connect to one of these devices or is there a need for additional hard/software? 4.4 TDV8 Vogue Baltic Blue MY11

As far as i know the Venture Cam is on the bluetooth frequency. In order for
the Venture Cam to work, the vehicle will shut down the bluetooth phone
connectivity.

The older version of the Venture Cam was using the PAL system while for the
2005 and later vehicles they swathed to NTSC.

Thumbs Up
