Something a little quicker ...

After selling my FFRR a few months ago (and regretting it ever since ). I've not been able to find another at the right spec / condition / price Big Cry

Then yesterday went out in my friends V10 RS6 Evil or Very Mad Shocked ..........

So thought is now, maybe buy a D2 round £5k for off road / dirty work, and something quicker for road for round £10k.

Any good suggestions ?

Needs to have 4 usable seats, and ideally be 450 - 500 bhp Whistle I'm thinking at the moment, something along lines of E55

I will be a small sense of reason here....

A STANDARD unmolested Fiat Coupe 20vt has 4 usable seats and boot big enough for 3 bat sets Wink and then something like an Isuzu Trooper for offroad and crud lugging as they are strong machines with the older IDI engines (iirc the 3.1td) and can take a lot of fuels being thrown in them.

If the coop doesn't float your boat as it is very rapid... Then how about an S8? now that has 4 MASSIVE seats and the same enginess at the same ages as the RS6's.... FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

I had a Mercedes C55 AMG estate before I had the RR.

A great drive and a little more subtle than the RS Audis or M series BMWs.

You could pick one of those up for £10k.

E55 AMG is a superb car with one of the best engines ever IMHO!

Got to say, I'm leaning towards the E55 Supercharged - I like the understated look Wink

The RS4 and V10 M5 are both harsh drives. The AMG's are great cruisers and have the best sound and pre owned are great value for money? Current MY2020

I thought the S8 was the same engine as the S6 not the RS6 Confused

Re: Something a little quicker ...

I love the looks of the CL, but I've been in the back of one, and did find it a bit cramped Sad

One of my workmates took me for a drive in his A8 V10. That was quite a pleasant surprise to see how comfort and speed can be combined. Still, wouldn't want to trade it for my SC in a million years Wink MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!
