2002 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Bonatti Grey
Horrible noise over 70mph and the fix

Suddenly had a loud vibration type noise on the motorway. Came on strong above 70mph and got louder and louder. Very annoying sounds like the sound is coming from the bottom of the windscreen.

After lots of Censored swearing and head scratching traced this to a broken clip on the cabin air intake cover. There are 3 clips along the top which keep it tight to the slam panel.

Hope that helps anyone who has had the same problem is gets it in the future.

Thumbs Up

a drop of silicone where the clip was. But I will order a whole new part today. The clips are moulded on so can't be replaced.

Ask Dan @ Duckworths. He's just supplied me with one - delivered c/w push clips for approx £156.00.

Typically great service Thumbs Up
