Should the glovebox switch be illuminated?

Hi, All.

Drove the Rangie in the dark for the first time in a few months yesterday. The 'up and down' arrows on the glovebox switch/button weren't lit up, and now I can't remember whether they ever did?!

Can anyone confirm, please?

Thanks

Slightly linked.

When you open the top 'glove box' where the CD player is, should the door drop down, mine unlocks and you have to pull it down. Not that there is much room to store stuff in there anyway.

Yes they all require pulling down, I think it’s airbag deployment safety related. So you cannot drive with the glovebox door open… Thumbs Up
