Parking Query - Royal Albert Hall

So, im off to a graduation at the Royal Albert Hall in Kensington on Wednesday. Their own parking is booked up (i kind of forgot to book it when i booked the tickets)

Anyone know of anywhere safe to park near there so i dont have to walk for miles or have to pay millions for! Anyone got any friends/family nearby whose drive i can park on for the day (8AM-5PM at most)

Happy to pay but for that sort of time, i have to book for 24HRS which is about 35 Quid!

Any help/advise is greatly appreciated! Bow down

Hi Pami,
Suggest you check out parking at Westfield (£5 per day) at Sheherds Bush, then either tube to Kensington High St & bus/walk OR no 94 bus to Notting Hill, change on to 452 bus to Albert Hall.
Graduations can be lengthy affairs! Hope you have fun. Very Happy

Westfield is miles away.

David's idea is a much better one. There's a space behind high st Kensington for only £15 and that's walking distance. 2009 Vogue TDV8 Nara Bronze

One of the best secure car park rates in central London. Near to Bayswater/Queensway and Paddington. You can park there and walk through the park to the Albert Hall. £24 for the day. Tom

Check with Imperial College which is just around the corner from the RAH.

They have cheap parking if you book in advance.

In which case there's an underground car park on Kensington Gore. They also refurbish alloys there if your wheels are dinged! 2009 Vogue TDV8 Nara Bronze

When I visit the Museums we park in the Serpentine Lake Car Park in Hyde Park. Always big spaces and only 10 minute walk from Exibition Road. Royal Albert Hall is even closer! Its about £5 for three/four hours Thumbs Up
