This is my very safe Gaslow set up (mine is exactly same in Dethleffs garage) you fill up like an LPG car in a filler on side of Van:

I removed the Truma junk. Fitted a length of flexi hose up to the metal pipe and put a standard bottle mounted regulator on the other end. Seriously, it took 10 minutes, cost me a fiver and I've never looked back. Plus of course, the Truma bulkead thing is a compromise on pressures. It's set at 30 millibars. With the red (propane) or blue (butane) bottle mounted regulators you actually get the correct pressure for that gas, not a mid-point compromise. Gas oven now cooks a roast in about 75% of the time it used to take. (yes, we have roast beef and yorkie puds in the caravan) HTH Dom |

No high pressure hoses in the gas locker either! There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
