Spill the beans then whats up with it?

Will start a thread in the Technical Area

But basically I have a lot of jobs all concentrated in the engine bay area

Replace the following :

Intercooler (burst)
Intercooler hoses
Glow plugs
Rocker cover breather (fit modified)
Water pump
Thermostat (stuck open)
All fan/aux belts
Oil and Filter
Diesel Filter
Correct spec anti-freeze
EGR blank and K+N Air filter (yes I know the purists dont like em and evidence out there that they not much cop - but I like em - lol)

Remove and check :

All 6 injectors as I have diagnosed 1 (or more) is "bleeding off or leaking"

With ALL Range Rover variants in one single section the L322 was being swamped

At least on here we can all sit and wait together for our GM gearboxes to collectively fail - lol

What were the rest of the injectors like then?

Were the glow plugs all still good as well? FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

4 injectors totally serviceable

1 injector in need of usual refurb

1 injector had collapsed internally and was "flooding" fuel back to tank via the spill pipe

1 x spill pipe o ring leaking externally

I managed to remove 4 glow plugs and all 4 were inoperative so 4 new GP's fitted

A tech thread will be started on this repair and loads of pics taken

Will get thread sorted soon
