United Kingdom 2019 Range Rover Vogue SE SDV8 Santorini Black
Tidied up the rear end & now the front too

Inspired by another member's post on this I took to mine this afternoon.

I used Wood-burner stove paint on the exhaust and Hammerite stone chip on the tow arm and ball hanger. Makes the rear end look much tidier. What a quick and easy fix. I even did the rear suspension arms.

Apart from the car needing a wash it looks lovely!

I do it to all mine including the suspension arms. A very quick but extremely effective remedy.

I just used a wire brush to get rid of flaky bits on the exhaust and the surface rust on the tow ball hanger. Discovery 4 HSE

Looks great !

What prep did you do on the suspension arms ? Mine look pretty rusty, did you just spray the hammerite on them or did you give them a good rub down first ? Stolen / Gone: 2006MY Supercharged LPG Autobiography - Zambezi Silver with Sand/Jet/Jet Oxford Leather.....

Also did the front towing eye, as it pokes out from under its cover looking rubbish.

I've had a look at mine and now I'm inspired to do the same. BTW In the second picture you can see some little plastic covers that fit over the screws next to the splitter, they were originally missing on mine so I bought some more (pence from the dealer) BUT the lugs they had on wouldn't fit anywhere - so Stanley Knife to cut the lugs off (soft plastic) and a bit of Silicon to stick them in place and they've been there for two years.

Car needs a wash and the pictures show I need to bend down more when I do it Rolling with laughter
