Right I first took pipe off the vacuum pump to make sure that works and all fine, I then checked all pipe work again good. Then I got the wife to sit in the car with it running and for her to switch off the engine and then press the brake, a big woooosh sound and then no brakes. Ordered new servo and removed old one ready for it arriving, such an easy job if any one needs any info then just drop me an email.

Have a little look around the forum using search. I remember something similar being reported on here (TD6 engine) and that it was considered "normal". MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
