Easiest of all the pads to change gents... Remove the resevoir cap first! Then Ideally you need a long punch to knock out the pins, clean and copper grease the spring and pins, pull out one brake pad only! push back the 2 pistons on that side, copper grease the rear of the pad and slide it in... Repeat with the 2nd pad, slide the first pin back in and tap home with a hammer and punch, refit the spring and slide in the second pin... Easy peesey

Cheers craig, how do you push the pistons in? Pair of grips on pad edge and caliper and squeeze? There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

I have a special tool but a screwdriver through the holes that hold the pins will do or like you say a pair of grips on the old pad... Just dont scratch the caliper! |

I think the NSF doesn't have a brake warning sensor so do that side first... If you are to re-use your sensor then remove it carefully! 40% of the time they snap so if that will leave you in trouble then order one before you attempt the job |

I think there is a bit of meat left on the pads, so just a copper slip job. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Done the fronts, easy job actually, craig was right brembos are a piece of p155. Knock out the two pins with a drift, top one first, take care of the spring, squeeze the pad towards the caliper with some grips and reomve the pads.

probably right, its easier to do them my self than take them back to the stealer. They put new pads in when they did the calliper and i bet they didn't put any paste in there.
