just tried to download this, be warned its really unsafe , caused an instant crash, after I got my pc working it had all sorts of crap on it that I needed to remove, now my pc is running real slow

There is a trick to getting the download right, and the "Download" buttons can be confusing. Clicking the wrong ones will bring you some extra problems. I have put some guidance and images in the original post.
