Onboard diagnostic error codes question

I have a 2006 4.2S/C and have never had any codes come up in the onboard diag screen upuntil the other day.
It read
30-76:04/26/12 15:50:52
does anyone have an idea of what it pertains too?

Has anyone got any information for the onboard diagnostic codes? ( the ones found via the hidden sub menus) not just dtc codes.
I have searched the Internet but nothing seems to be listed!

Check the date on your clock. Is it saying 2012? It looks like fault 30-76 was logged on April 26th 2012 at 3:50pm.
I could be totally wrong, but it looks like that to me.
Not saying that is a fault, but curious if your date is wrong. Thumbs Up Previously..
