I've just received a console button from Dan at Duckworths for the deployable steps I've purchased via the forum. Unfortunatley, the console button also needs a backing bracket and new blanking plate which is only available if you purchase the whole kit.

Anyone got a complete button with the bracket and blanking plate? I can provide a original blanking plate in exhange.

I cut the centre out of the blanking plate and put the two ends back in with a spot of superglue. The switch then just clips in. It looks and works OK. Do it with a spare bit of plastic sheet if your afraid of spoiling the blanking plate. 2011 4.4 tdv8 Kahn. 2007 supercharged with 2012 lights and overfinch body kit.
