I saw my first one in the flesh last night at the hotel and I must say that it looks far better in the flesh and you can clearly see the L322 in it. The choice of interior colour was naff - choclatey brown and I also thought that it felt quite enclosed when in the drivers seat something you notice in s Sport compares to the L322.

Give it a few years and I will probably like it though, that is what happend with the P38 and L322 2010 3.6TDV8 Stornoway Grey/ Black interior - gone
2005 4.4V8 (M62) Bonatti Grey/ Parchment interior - gone
1998 4.6HSE Blue/ Cream interior (can't remember exact colours) - gone
1977 White - gone (should have kept)

I agree re the "Closed In" feeling in the sport, its the "Open" feel that most attracts me to the L322 interior.

I can't say I noticed it in the L405 in Paris though. I certainly hope not

I lived in Holland for way too many years so I need space as well I sat in a L405 at the Dutch dealer and the panoramic roof and light leather made it feel roomy. I feel that in my L322 with everything black and the tinted rears it feels quite closed in as well. My wife refuses to sit in the back because of this.

Next time I definitely go for a lighter colour interior (if available of course ;( ) MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!

There is a black Autobiography, with black interior, black piano trim, and black tinted glass, driven by a chauffeur in a (guess…) black uniform, which I've seen a few times in Woodstock (UK). It may belong to the Blenheim estate, or possibly Satan. Either way, it’s completely uninspiring. I really don’t think black suits the L405 – in any other colour you see some contrast with the window pillars, the light surrounds etc.; losing that makes it look very anonymous (though maybe that’s the aim..). I give another vote for light interior and panoramic roof, and also will not be going for privacy glass. Norman

been in a triple black l405 and it felt quite dark, espesh in back, compared to L322
