I know that the Jeep has got a switch for the pedal. You can adjust it the pedal place.

I have it as well if i push it with ignition on it does nothing with it off it moves the steering wheel down and powers up the ignition ! |

I was told that its a transport switch for shipping cars abroad, e.g. to the US, might take a few weeks to get there and this switch was to disconnect the electrics to prevent battery discharge. It was supposed to be disabled at the PDI. |
