South Wales police are investigating allegations that 15 Englishman were repeatedly attacked and robbed on Saturday in broad daylight during a visit to Cardiff to collect their grand slam, it was further discovered that their chariot parked outside had also been vandalised. Young Owen Farrell on his first visit to Wales was severely traumatised following the humiliating battering carried out whilst his dad could only look on powerless to help, police believe the crime is linked to a similar attack carried out in Twickenham last year. The men accused of the crime were all dressed in red and so far following police appeals only 75,000 eye witnesses have come forward but more are expected following release of the CCTV DVD soon to be released.
