United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Zermatt Silver

I think some people have also raised the battery up with some wood etc. to help clamp the terminals better.... 2007 Zermatt Silver TDV8 Vogue SE - now sold but was a great car!

I've just managed to get a strip of copper in between the clamp and the terminal and now it's good and tight Wink Cheers

With all the battery problems I've had, I've just taken delivery of this handy bit of kit:-

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/190779421557?ssP...1497.l2649

and started the RR first time (it was already charged up ready to use!).

Put multi-meter across terminals and it's charging at 14.12v. So I think it's safe to assume the alternator is ok, so let's hope it's the FSR that's at fault. Should know tomorrow, if it arrives! Cheers
