Having a watch clear out and selling my Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean Chrono Gents Watch - same on that can be found here on Goldsmiths site;

I bought her new from Goldsmiths and to be honest she has sat in a watch winder for all bar 2 weeks of her life as she is a little too big for my wrist.

I have the box, outer box, leaflets reciepts, spare links, guarantee cards and the instruction booklet etc etc and she is as new.

The keen eye will see I bought her on the 25th Dec 09, will it was actually the 23rd but I bought it as a Christmas present to myself so the shop put it down on the guarantee card as the 25th

Sorry if it offends anyone by my calling the watch a she.

These are as can be seen over £5k new so looking for £2,950 ono.

I like the black version a lot, but the orange just doesn't do it for me.

Thanks for the comments guys and I have asked watchfinder for a price so will keep you posted. Asking price remains as is for now though  "UNDERSTEER" ----is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
"OVERSTEER" ------is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car.
"HORSEPOWER" ----is how fast you hit the fence.
"TORQUE" -----------is how far you take the fence with you.

Don't bother trying to PX it , I was offered £800 for a newer one a couple of years ago when buying a Panerai and I had to ask why would I sell it for that ? better off keeping it . Good luck with the sale though . 2008 MY Supercharged

Can be sold easily if you are realistic in expectation for price. I buy and sell watches all the time. Sold a non chrono version of this watch a year ago for almost £2K so I think £2K - £3K about right recognising the newer model that is now out. Believe it or not orange is the more sought after colour so you should be OK. Try the pistonheads watch classifieds. I use ebay as well but you need to be v careful and it can be a nightmare for large value items but watches sell well on there.

No...i dont need another sorry. I have the newer version in black and I am also saving for an Audermars.

Hi Guys, been offered between £2600 and £2800 from Watchfinder who I think are a bit like "we buy any car" in that they offer you the lowest value when they see it

So, as a result I am willing to sell it for £2600 plus £50 insured P&P to UK mainland or £2600 collection from the Newcastle Upon Tyne area  "UNDERSTEER" ----is when you hit the fence with the front of the car.
