new RRFF 2012

Hello.
Even is my first message in this forum... i'm a happy owner of a D3 and member of DISCO3.CO.UK for a long time!.
I write in this forum to ask a question that a friend of mine interested in a RRFF asked me..... "the million dosllar question"..obviously....

will new FFRR be like this?

He is planning to buy a FFRR but somentimes hesitates in case in 2012 this model could absolutelly change.
I've read threads about a possible LRX....
Do you thing a FFRR seven seaters will appear?.
Is it worthy to buy in 2010 such an expensive car?

I'll appreciate your comments.Thanks.
Nacho

I can't imagine that Land Rover introduce in one year a new FFRR. I mean the 2010 is already new.
I also can't imagine that the FFRR will have 7 seats. I mean it is a luxury car so everybody in the car need a lot of space. If you put a 3rd row it will be a bit tight.
But that is only my opinion. I have no idea.
But if your friend buy a 2010 one he will be very happy. I mean there is a lot of people who drive a 10 years old FFRR and they are still happy with it.

2009 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Bournville

There will be a new model L405 coming in 2012 with a full aluminum body.
But what is the point of waiting for it I don't know. Your friend should buy a MY10.5 and enjoy rather than wait for something that will be not the latest model in 6 month anyway Whistle

Romania 2019 Range Rover Vogue 2.0 PHEV Santorini Black

This info dates back to 2007: "2012 Range Rover L405 might go all-aluminium. May 29, 2007"

Then in 2008 they moved the release date to 2013:

"The all new Range Rover (Project L405), the flagship that relaunched the company, will be replaced in 2013. Expect the size to grow but the styling to become sportier and less utilitarian. Bentley levels of luxury are planned, making a $200,000 RR a possibility. Aluminum body construction and hybrid powertrains will keep weight and emissions down and fuel economy up."
