I am in need of some advise again chaps// I have V8 l322 2004 petrol and have a fault found p0691 which is fan 1 control circuit low, I have spoken to a tech who advised me that to remedy this I would need a complete new front fan assembly the cost of which is around 500 quid in UK, now as I am currently out in Sudan and I have to add around 100% tax on top does any one know if, A. the need of a complete fan assembly is right and B. is there a good place to find this part if needed cheaper than a main stealer?

great if I could get some feed back as I did post this before on a different forum (before I found this one) but never got a responce hoping some one can advise...
