Keeping it clean

My black rr looks great when clean but it's a losing battle this time of year. Anyone used any of the stuff that helps keep it clean, what you recommend.

Best give in and accept that black is impossible to keep clean in this weather Big Cry

I think some folks have tried a few different products, so maybe they can endorse them or otherwise. Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue
Had- 2008 TDV8 Vogue SE in Java black
Had - 2007 S/C in Stornoway Grey

There are quite a few of us on here who spend a lot of time keeping their RR's clean using all sorts of products. Visit the detailing world forum for initial advice and guidance.
Be aware that your cleaning regime will snowball from a quick wash with a bucket and sponge to a full day.
Anyway to answer your question I too have a black car. This is a brief overview of what I would suggest you do if you have not done so already.
NEVER use a sponge use a was mitt.

Start using the 2 bucket wash method from day 1.
Buy yourself a clay wash mitt - use the search function, there are a couple of threads about how to use them to clean and prepare your paintwork.
Your paintwork will need a good polish - plenty of threads on it.
Apply a good glaze or sealant. As above
Apply a good wax. As above

Don't forget your wheels - non acidic cleaners and some form of sealant or wax will be required.

This is what I do to mine time permitting
Rinse it down,
Snow foam it - autobrite direct magi foam
Rinse it down
2 bucket wash using Autoglym shampoo
Rinse and dry it
Polish using Autoglym Super Resin Polish
2 layers of Poorboys black hole glaze
2 layers of either Fusso soft 99 wax or FK1000p
And as of next week weather permitting I'll be topping it all of with Gtechniq C2V3

You are going to get replies with variations on the above regime and products but remember your RR should either be really dirty/muddy or super clean. Grubby RR do not look right. Travelling around in circles again.
