Mick, just as the police are entitled to ask you to produce proof of Insurance, MOT etc and corroboration of any evidence you wish to put before the court you are entitled to ask for a great number of things from them, if any one of these is incorrect then the case will normally be dropped, its the law! How do you think the Lawyer Nick Freeman gets so many cases thrown out (pretty much every one from what I can make out) he's known as Mr Loophole! One day your life will flash before your eyes......................................make sure yours is worth watching!

Theres a trap on the M23 quite often and I know several people got a ticket and not stopped, cop just sits on the little hump resting on roof of car with gun pointed at traffic, how he gets an accurate reading with 3 lanes of traffic traveling at between 50-100mph I will never know. One case in the book I mentioned the accused asked for the equipment to be produced in court and managed to get a reading of around 100mph in the court room
