Folks,

Following my previous post regarding the stuck CD magazine, I gave in and purchased a new CD changer from Fleebay for 70 quid.

Any ideas how to remove the orginal unit ???

this gives you some idea, start with the door seal and end dash cover, then under the dash in the footwell any torx screws just keep taking them out!!, nd all round the glove box as well, watch out for the glove box cable , dsconnect carefully to prevent damage to the locking mech, you need to remove the air vent on passenger side, the wood cover, the lower trim and footwell cover, take your time its just a case of finding all the screws.

no , not 5 min, definately 3 hour in and out!,

but nothing like a challenge to get the blood flowing!

just check in the side trim parts for side entry retaining screws, there is 2 if I remember correctly.

these are the worst.

get a nice short new torx screw driver set is the best advise.
