which is the correct oil to use in a 5speed box 2004 FFRR Vogue and how many litres do they hold? . and where is the best place to buy it from? Gone:

The only fluid that you should use in your ZF 5HP24 transmission is Mobil ATF LT71141. Total capacity is 10 litres but you’re unlikely to get much more than half of this out during a drain & refill.

ZF badge the fluid as Lifeguard Fluid 5 but you’re unlikely to come across this branding in the UK
