Where is the Sensor

For the Headlight Assist system that are on the 2010 mdl's anyone know , had a read thru the manual but couldn't see anything about it …

I know i can de-activate it thru the Binnacle menu , but was wondering where the actual sensor is located Whistle ====================================

Yeah, so it's not immediately clear Mick

I've taken one of the SE mirrors apart and compared it to a standard Vogue one, and then also a D4 HSE one (high beam assist fitted)

The reason was that I was looking at fitting Trail-Air to mine and this system replaces the mirror for one with a video screen in it. Anyway, long story short I was looking at the various sensors to see if they could be added to the trailair one, especially the sensor on the LIN Bus which controls the auto-dimming of the exterior mirrors. All a bit of a nosebleed really, but I am fairly sure the High Beam Assist was on the D4 mirror.
