United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Buckingham Blue

Cheers Steve.

I was hoping it'd be "OK" for a few days, and raise when the engine was started, but the bodyshop would have been moving it about a bit.

Have the car booked in with a Land Rover specialist in Sheffield on Wednesday. Earliest I could get.

The 2 x Delphi struts have already been delivered - thanks Dan.

I charged the battery up earlier, but its still the same. Was a long shot I know.

Have just downloaded the IIDTool manual.

Take it I'm best connecting it to a PC first and updating etc before I connect it to the car for the first time ?

Looking forward to being able to activate park heat......... 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

Apparently during transit from Dan, someone had dropped one of the strut boxes on its end, which broke the bit that holds the 3 bolts "captive" where it comes through the wing in the engine bay, so the garage had to tack weld them to stop them spinning to fasten the nuts on, so not a bad price all in all.

Will use them again. 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 TDV8

Those top bolts are only supposed to be tightened to 40 odd ft /lbs. Sounds like the garage snapped one of them off throught over tightening. Just done mine y/d and if your packaging was anything like mine, there is no chance they could drop the box and break one off. Atleast they sorted it though . MY2010 TDV8 Vogue Ipanema Sand

Has anyone used the Dunlop ones rather than the Delphi?

Any thoughts/comments?

Did those of you that have replaced these recently have to replace the bolts also?

Part number appears to be KYG000031?

Cheers! l:OolΞΞΞΞΞΞloO:l

No but they are often seized into the hub assy and can be a real b Censored h.... Make sure the strutt top mounting three threads are clean of rust before you undo them as they can be a pain too Thumbs Up

Parts have arrived - ready for fitting on Saturday! (Weather permitting Confused Supposed to be sunny...)

Will give all the bolts a good soaking with WD40 tomorrow.

In the meantime, have picked up a HDC Inactive / Air Suspension Inactive / Speedo not working fault Big Cry

Thought it might be airbag related, as I was still driving it but trusty IIDTool says Rear Left Wheel Speed Sensor Open Circuit - guessing the sensor needs cleaned / replaced Rolling Eyes l:OolΞΞΞΞΞΞloO:l
