When I found it I just took the bolts out and put a repair washer on and rebolted as I needed to us ethe car that day, ordered a pair of dust/stone guards but didnt fit them for ages as the repair held up fine. Easy to change as well and not expensive, the noise drove me mad sounded like the heat shields rattling and a stone caught in the wheel. One day your life will flash before your eyes......................................make sure yours is worth watching!

take care removing the bolts, they are 10mm and can sometimes be seized, a goot fitting hex is better than a multipoint

Just had all 4 wheels off, tyres were clear of stones, all calipers moved freely and no uneven wear, on the NSF I found that the shield around the disc (as mentioned by a couple of you) was wobbling so I put some washers on and it's now nice and tight, I'll give it a run in a bit and hopefully that was the cause as I'm thinking of selling it, cheers everyone
