Why is it that when I saw it I thought "Pugh, Pugh, Barney MacGrew, Cuthbert, Dibble, Grub"

I was going to go and see this one when in Manchester last weekend after the let down we had with the other one.

The seller has now changed the wheels to some 22" ones apparently and wants £1000 more for the car. I asked him to put the old ones back on it and that I'd probably have taken it that weekend if it was as described and he refused.

I want one to use as a Range Rover so having 22" wheels is a little daft as they'll get damaged.
