I applied for 10.2M x 6.7M expecting to be knocked back to a double size. My biggest regret was not asking for a 4 car garage 14M x 8M as I have plenty space

I couldn't help noticing that my garage is considerably bigger than yours.

14 x 5.5.

Ok, a little bigger, but you have a nicer floor.

United Kingdom 2012 Range Rover Autobiography TDV8 Baltic Blue

We built a workshop 75 foot long (23m) by 30 foot wide (9m) and stuck a 4 post ramp, mig, tig and arc welders, lathe, milling machines, shaper, surface grinders the lot in it.

We covered the floor with a 2 part epoxy resin which is great as nothing marks it, if anything leaves a rubber mark from a wheel spin or any oil is spilt it all wipes off.

Keeps the FFRR, several older cars, quad etc all locked out of harms way.

Best bit about it was we didn't need planning permission as it was an agricultural building.

Having Testbook on it's trolly beside the ramp is brilliant as you can do everything in the dry.

Just checked Ecotile website again and it says sealer not required unless you want a shiny floor. I specifically asked this question when purchased.
