Hi, Does it make the sound when stationary or moving? Does the noise change with engine speed?

It may be a good idea to record the sound and host it on youtube or something.

Regards, Luke

turn your indicator off....... glad I could help Laughing

I sometimes get a similar noise from what I think is the fuel pump... turn off, turn on again and its gone. Often it seems to be when I've run the FBH. Lloyd Barnes

It could be the pump delivering fuel to the FBH

The FBH feul pump (on '02 - '05 at least) is located on the rear subframe near the RH wheel. It is mounted in a rubber casing, so should only be ticking and not making any noise against the chassis.

Here is a diagram from RAVE. Doesn't help much I know.
