Hi there,

Subwoofer, does that mean the two rear panels on the left behind them is the subwoofer,

One of the panels has 2 black twist lock clips.

The HK system is fab, I love it! The only problem is that when I hear something I like, I turn it up a bit. And then I hear something else I like, and I turn it up a bit again. Eventually it's pretty loud. Which wouldn't be a problem, except I then park up, get out of the car and forget about it.

And then I turn the key to restart it and nearly shatter the windscreen. Shocked

When you're playing music, do you enable the Logic 7 or disable it? There's a disagreement in our household as to which sounds better with CDs.

Maybe have yours looked at as the volume reverts back to a low level when you remove the key and restart the FF... Could mean you have an ECU not shutting down?

Oh, really? Worth knowing - thanks! I'll check it out. Does it also reduce the volume if I turn off the audio manually and then turn it back on when the car is running again?

Thought I'd give my 2p to this thread... My MY10 has the HK system and although its sounds good at the weekend I was playing the 'XX's new album and even though I dont have the bass / subwoofer set past the 50% mark the whole interior rattles and shakes with every beat and bass line... I havent got it set to anywhere near as loud as the system could go either...

Noise / rattles from the doors, in the boot almost everywhere! It doesn't do it on other CD's I've got so I guess it's to do with how low frequency the bass is on the XX's new album...

Annoying though as I dont know where to begin to cure it, and as such I no longer listen to the XX in the RR.

Anyone else got expereience this? (great album by the way)

LPG take it back and show them what its doing while its still in warranty. Should be fun explaining that on the warranty claim form.... Smile FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

They don't have to be - but then the player just plays them in alphabetical order.
