Hi guys I've owned my 2004 4.4l v8 petrol for 4 years now, it's sitting on 164k miles and from the previous history it seems like the transmission fluid and filter were changed between 85-121k miles. I figure it's a good idea to get it changed and wanted to get an idea on what I should be paying a) all in and b) for just labour if I supply the parts?

Roundabout £350 at a zf specialist using correct oil

I purchased a 20 litre tub of the bobil oil for £120. This should do 2 changes to make sure its mostly new oil in the box

Cheapest I found for ZF Lifeguard 6 oil was 10litres for 160GBP delivered. Add a sump/filter and its not cheap. ZF gearbox specialist may be able to do it cheaper as they buy the oil in bulk.
