I don't think it will be as simple on the TDV8 as it will throw up a EML on the dash |

Euro 4 engine. Can't be done easily but no real need to either. They are much more reliable than those fitted to the TDV6. |

Mines in being swapped under warranty. Seems to have gone 62,000 before replacement. |

Faulty EGR valves are common on the TDV8

sorry , what would the symptoms be of a failing/failed EGR on a TDv8 2011 4.4 TdV8 Nara Bronze |

My cars symptoms where juddering upon start up almost as if the whole car shook. I've been told its like your arteries being blocked it gets trickier for it I run without some mild performance issues. Also black smoke is thrown out of it upon acceleration. |
