United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Zermatt Silver
AT tyres - impact on MPG?

Toying with the idea of some 19's for winter and there seem to be some bargains around with AT tyres

I am assuming AT's will reduce my mpg but I'm wondering by how much - anyone qualified to comment?

Thanks in advance! 2007 Zermatt Silver TDV8 Vogue SE - now sold but was a great car!

Hi

I have just asked my business partner the question as he runs a Disco 3 and now a 4.
He has 20" for the summer the ones that came with the car. He then changes to 19" with general grabbers from November to the end of March. He says that he hasn't noticed any difference at all.
We do live on the side of a mountain so would probably not notice unless it was a big change.

I have a set for sale on FS WTD.

England

If on my 20" Pirellis (road tyres) 25.6mpg
If on my 18" Grabber AT/AT2s 24.5mpg

and before we even think of going there, the road rolling circumference is the same as standard tyre sizes used Thumbs Up .

Very few customers say they get less MPG with THE General AT so we tell them to up pressures +2 - 4psi, it helps. Thumbs Up Andy....
