Might be something to consider, putting a like or dislike button at end of each post..? Or helpful /not helpful..? Make reading thru long posts quicker, can just take a quick glance at the likes etc..

Also on the o2 forum that i occassional browse i found something i thought a little useful, they have a chart showing who has the most likes to their name. Nice to give people who contribute a lot, a little bit of recognition regardless of how small the gesture..

Personally speaking, I think it's a bit naff; lowers all communities to Facebook-clones
