it was explained by Dom not to long ago, apparently its a code or username he used on his computer when working for EDS..[or something like that] ... - .- -.

Anyone who ever worked for EDS would know, and indeed, one or two on Disco3 have sent PM asking "who are you then?"

Basically, when you get your network logon details (Net-ID) this is a 6 character, randomly generated, alpha-numeric string such as MZPLCG, and the real identifier is that the 2nd character is always a Z.

The best bit is, it's globally unique across forums.....so easy to know it won't be taken already. Thumbs Up
