My new purchase!

And to think I nearly bought a Discovery TDV6 - but so glad I went for the RR Smile

My mate said it's like sitting in a gentlemen's club! Where's the brandy and cigar! lol

Thanks Jayboy.

It's done just over 94k, but you wouldn't think it to look at the condition, especially the interior. Definitely not had any kids in it! Laughing

Thanks Joker. It was the interior colours that sold it to me, but I was originally looking for a much lighter coloured interior (always found dark colours a bit claustrophobic). But when I saw how nice the dark blue looked against the cream and cherry wood, I couldn't resist it!

Same interior colours as mine. I also own an AMG Merc but driving the FFRR is always an occasion, its something you cant quite put your finger on but its special.

Very, very nice! Thumbs Up

Other than the cherry (mine's walnut, but with the darker adriatic blue exterior colour), your interior's the same as mine also.

Like Ambulancekidd, I also own an AMG Merc and that's as black as a black thing inside. Even the wood. Very business-like compared to an FF.

I'd lose the air freshener and check that the leather's been properly cleaned and give it a good conditioner with Gliptone. It smells absolutely gorgeous and you'll never need an air freshener ever again. Si. <This is my name.

Lol! The air freshener didn't even make it out of the garage - it went straight in the bin (these are the original dealer's photos)! I had the dealer do a full leather restoration for me and have to say the guy did a fantastic job. But I've not heard of Gliptone conditioner, so that's going straight on the shopping list!

Thanks for that! I tend to favour Amazon for most things, but on this occasion I have just found it on ebay for £10! Wink Cheers

You'll need a stiff nailbrush and some clean microfibre towels.

Oh, and also buy some Autoglym All-Purpose Cleaner and a spray bottle.

Plenty of threads on leather cleaning on here but, trust me, the nailbrush, APC and cloth approach works very well indeed!! Then massage the seats with the Gliptone and inhale deeply. Aaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I even leave the cloth I used for the Gliptone in a door pocket so the aroma from that doesn't go to waste in the garage. Whistle Si. <This is my name.

The ones on fleabay come with the nail brush, 2 microfibre cloths and 2 applicators - bit of a bargain at £14.50!

And I've always been a fan of Autoglym products too!

Nice little job for this weekend. Smile Cheers
