Glow plugs

Hi all

My Range has been sluggish starting up over the past few days, I've had the battery checked today and it is 100%
so I think it must be the Glow Plugs.

Anyone know if its easy to change these yourself or should I just let the pros do it?

also interested in tip of this.

has none problems, but wounder of changing the glow plugs just to be sure, before they dies...
