4.2SC Oil Spec And Quantity

Planning an oil change on my 07MY 4.2SC .... Dont have handbook to hand but want to price up parts, can anyone tell me the oil spec and quantity required?

New Zealand 2010 Range Rover Autobiography 5.0 SC V8 Galway Green

Go for a very high spec synthetic, like Mobil 1 (I think that is actually the original) MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!

England 2005 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.2 SC V8 Buckingham Blue

On advice from dealer I buy Shell Helix Ultra Extra 5W-30 premium fully synthetic. Last lot wasŁ36 from Opie Oils for 5litres.

I usually buy to 5litre cans as it seems to take close to that at oil change.
