Wiper action

Hi fellas,

Small problem: the wipers on my 03 3ltd6 stop working intermittently after being on for 10-15 minutes and stop for 5-10 minutes, also the front washers stop working during this period of narcolepsy. Rear wipe is fine at all times. I'm thinking wiper relay overheating?
