Oil filters

Don't know what you guys use but I stick with OE filters, however I know some that prefer to go to the local autoshop and buy an aftermarket item

Have a look at this

out of all the filters the oil one should always be OE ...

On oil filters I prefer to stick to OE as well, although the story goes they are sometimes made in the same factory as the "big brand aftermarket" ones are. The cost of the filter is just too little to bother IMHO. MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!

At least with the TD6 oil filter you can see what you are getting (no outer case). .
