My front passenger window goes down on one touch but will not close on one touch, all other windows work fine.

i think you hold the switch down until the window is open and then hold the switch up until the window is closed.. ... - .- -.

Ian on some cars the reset technique involves just holding it in the up position for about 15seconds, like the sunroof one.

It's only kids or people with a child like iq that it would happen to so very appropriate I reckon no one wants a child snatched lol and it's hardly pinching if you ever try it FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

Tried holding it up for 20 secs and tried holding it down, still the same.

After pushing the up switch for a few seconds, release the switch then give it a short press to complete the reset

Try putting your window down in one motion, hold it for a few seconds then straight back up in one motion and hold it at the top for a few seconds... Works most times for me...
