With frequent flying trips soon clocking up im trying to maximise my exenses allowance by getting one of these.

Some airlines are ridiculous charging 5-10 each way for using a non VE card i think! so far in last few months i reckon a good £1-200 has gone that way

Does any bank still offer these at all??

Im trying halifax easycash but there is word they are stopping it with them as well!

Depending on the airlines that you fly why don't you get a Lloyds Airmiles Duo credit card or even an American Express BA card. You can build up airmiles pretty quickly and the surcharges are more than compensated for by the free flights you can get.

But otherwise I have a visa debit card with my Natwest account. African Bush Junkie ... in London!
