Rave info

OK I know it's probably already been posted, but I can’t find it Big Cry

But how / where can I get a copy of this 'Rave' maintenance bible that is referred to on several occasions?

Downloaded the rave02.iso file, now what?

Copied to CD, using Nero make data CD, but all that that did was mut the iso file onto the CD.

I know I am being thick. Rolling with laughter

But help.
