What you can do is pop the door card off and make sure the water shedder is stuck on properly. It sticks on with a mastic stuff, if it's not been pushed on properly or if some one has been inside the door for something they might not have put it back on properly. If the cables for the door release aren't routed properly the water runs down them and bypasses the shedder.
