Our Local Vauxhall dealer, next door to the local range rover dealer, always does them at that price or thereabouts.
Actually, Stratstones only charge £29 come to think about it.... But I thought the Vauxhall dealer would be less likely to try and get me to buy a part he had on his shelf !! For example, a brake pipe etc. Previously..

The same logic can be applied to council MOT stations. They can't repair your vehicle and so have no vested interest in failing it for something trivial. 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded

Council MOT testing stations are a good choice.
As said, they have no interest or selling you parts or charging you for extra work.

How about this then.

Main dealer MOT for FREE, and they even collect and deliver the car for me. No charge whatsoever. Brilliant.  Discovery 4 HSE
