As it says really, when the ABS kicks in and operates, does it self bleed the ABS module? ( The old P38 you used to bleed the ABS unit, but this time there is no bleed screw on it. )

I have just replaced the rear brake pipes from the mid chassis back, so lost a lot of fluid, so wondering if i'll need to bleed the ABS unit as well.

I then wondered if I went down hill with the HDC on, would the ABS operating the brakes, would that self bleed the unit? V8 or else ...

Just bleed as normal

When i had to replace my rear caliper i made sure the reservoir didnt run out and just bleed it thru which was fine but the brakes never felt as good after so i got an aftermarket specialist to change the fluid and bleed them they said they have to open all the valves for the abs with diagnostics true or not they was better after onto no6 Range Rover

However ... I took the car up a long steady steep hill near me. Engaged HDC and let it trundle down the hill in D. The HDC was trickling along quite the thing .... I got bored after 30 yards. So put it in sport mode and shoved it into 2nd, and then accelerated upto about 30mph then let off the throttle.

HDC is soooo impressive, its really weird to have the car automatically brake down to HDC speed. So did the hill a few times with the HDC working overtime to bring the car down to speed. Hopefully thats opened up the valves a good few times.

The brakes do feel a bit better as well. I still think the rear pads are bedding it a bit, but overall, quite happy with the results so far. V8 or else ...
