It's much the same as removing the front door card, but does show how it comes off the door, as just by looking it seems the window divider might get in the way.

Took one of my rear door cards off this morning, protecting my pleather and paintwork with a cloth wrapped around the screwdriver!

Check the pillar between front /rear windows, I found my seat belt tensioner had a rattle but the sound seemed to come from lower down due to resonance.
