I'm an iPad man, but could be tempted.

Why are these going so cheap?

How does the Playbook compare to the Ipad in terms of functionality and ease of use?

I have an Ipad but it has been monopolised by my 15 month old and I need a tablet for work so this may work as a cheap and cheerful substitute for checking emails etc ... African Bush Junkie ... in London!

if your expecting an ipad experience you will be very disappointed.

If your expecting a tablet to play some movies on, do the odd document and surf the web at a decent enough speed then you should be happy Smile FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

motorola will stop support for these tablets , hence the low price..the same thing happened with the hp touchpad, hp decided to pull out of the tablet business and sold off the stock cheap..
you might be able to flash an up to date rom but thats for experienced peeps that know how to do it..more info re flashing can be found on sites like slatedroid.com

@deranged, take back your ipad and get the little rascal one of these...as said the ipad is far superior to these.. ... - .- -.
